Massage a nail cream or oil into the nail base each night to promote the growth of healthy, strong nails.

Apply a protective shield on your nails to give a physical protection and reduce the risk of nails tearing.
4. Cuticle care
Gently roll back overgrown cuticles with a cuticle remover once a week and moisturise daily, at night, with an oil or cream.
