Nail polishes with Silica, protecting nails against cancer therapies
Chemotherapy drugs aim at destroying cancerous cells. However, as they do not act selectively, they also attack other cells, especially skin cells, hair cells and nail cells.
The protecting effect of silicon dioxide (also known as silica) against the side effects of chemotherapy and other cancer therapies is not scientifically recognized yet. However, experience has shown that it can be effective. The Haute Couture MAVALA Mini Color range contains silicon dioxide and therefore may play a shield role against the ill effects of cancer therapies.
Mavala nail polishes are toxic free, cruelty free, worry free and allow nails to breathe naturally, allowing you to wear nail polish all the time, without the fear of damaging your nails.
